As soon as you place an order to us, you will receive an Order Confirmation with payment details. When we receive your payment, we will notify our warehouse for the shipment. Depending the work load in the warehouse, your order shall be shipped within 3-5 days by DHL Weltpacket, GLS, or similar courier service and you will receive the tracking number.

All items are in stock in our European warehouse in Germany and shipped directly to each customer. Sometimes, due to warehouse errors, an item maybe not available for immediate shipping.

You can place your order adding the product in your basket. During checkout, you will be asked to provide your name, callsign, full shipping address, zip, city, country and a mobile phone. As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation and instructions for the payment. Your order will be shipped directly to you from our warehouse in Germany within 5 days, after full payment has been recived by bank transfer.

You can use the Ordering form or send us an email. We need your Full name, your callsign (if exists) delivery address, ZIP code, City, Country, mobile phone & email.

As soon as we receive your order, we will check if there are any additional delivery charges at your ZIP code and we will send you a complete Proforma Invoice, with total ammount, Banking information & full payment details. We expect to receive your payment within 5 working days.

As soon as we receive your payment, we will send you a confirmation email, indicating scheduled shipping time.
