Do you ship outside of Europe ?

How do you ship the orders ?

Telescopic masts (ALU & GLV) are shipped in the European countries using TNT Economy Express service. Price includes tracking number & delivery at physical addresses outside the door, during normal working hours. Delivery time in most European places (except some remote islands) is 4-6 working days.

As soon as you receive the tracking number, it’s better to contact your local TNT office and arrange a schedule for the delivery, as (depending of the mast) the parcel maybe very heavy and you may need extra manpower to move it in your premises.

Smaller parcels up to 15 Kg (ie vertical antennas) are shipped by Hellenic Post 1st Class Parcel service, including tracking number.

When I will receive my order ?

Shipping time is made within 15 working days after receiving your full payment (Goods + shipping cost). In some cases (holidays etc) this time maybe higher. In that case, you will receive an email indicating the scheduled shipping date.

Do you offer any warranty ?

ALL telescopic masts are covered with 2 years warranty for defective materials and/or construction.

The warranty does not cover improper installation methods like:

  • Bended or damaged sectors from un-guyed or im-properly guyed installations
  • Impropper installation methods
  • Un-sufient guying (using thinner ropes, less guying levels than recommended, less guying per level (ie 2 or 3  ropes instead of 4 etc)
  • Overloading the hand winch.
  • More vertical load than recommended.
  • Higher vertical mast over the Rotor Cage than recommended.

What happens if I receive it damaged ?

In case that you receive the parcel heavily damaged,  then refuse to receive it & notify immediately your local  TNT office. You will be asked to take some pictures indicating the damaged area.

As all shipments are insured, you have to send it back and receive a replacement, without extra charges for you. Please consider that all inquires about any damaged delivery must be done immediatelly.

After Sales & Tech Support

Why you anodize the Aluminium masts ?

Industrial anodizing produces anodic oxidation coatings that are mainly used to obtain resistance to wear through abrasion or erosion & resistance to corrosion.

Corrosion is a process that causes the degradation of metals. A familiar example is the rusting of iron and steel. Aluminium does not rust but can, nevertheless, suffer various forms of corrosion. Anodizing builds up a thick, protective oxide film on the metal surface. This acts as a barrier that can prevent aggressive chemicals reaching the aluminium.

What is the expected life of anodized aluminium masts ?

Anodized aluminium has been used in external architectural applications since the 1930s. Some surviving buildings are now about 80 years old and the anodized aluminium is still in good condition. Well-known examples are the Montecatini building in Milan and the New Bodleian (Weston) Library in Oxford, which were both completed in the late 1930s. Such examples demonstrate that anodized aluminium can have excellent weathering resistance.

Are your masts self-supported ?

Definatelly NOT. They need 4 guying ropes (every 90 degrees) at specific heights. The minimum distance of a rope’s anchor point to the mast is the half of mast’s height

Example:  if a mast has a maximum height of 11m, then the minimum distance of each ancor point must be 5,5-6m.

What is the expected life of the wire ropes ?

We use the highest quality of INOX AISI 316 wire ropes. These wire ropes can last for a lifetime, without any need of replacement.

Can I order later the Rotor Cage ?

Yes, of course. You can order the Antenna Rotor Cage whenever you like.
